Worst Costumer service!! They told my son, after charging him 12.99 for one pinion apple, “everyone in Taos knows that pinion costs more!” It’s also not posted anywhere . He says, I’m not from Taos and I specifically asked if the one topping included any topping and you told me yes. They said if you buy the one for 7.99 you have to buy the pinion for 12.99! Either buy both or none! Can you believe that! I’ll never go there again!!!

This place is ridiculous my nephews went in to buy some caramel apples. My nephew decided he wanted pinion nuts on his. The menu says one topping for 7 dollars. But when he goes to pay the cashier tell him it’s 12 dollars. He asks why they tell him because pinion nuts are more expensive he says but the sign says 7 dollars for 1 topping. The cashier says no the sign is wrong. So my nephew tells her he doesn’t want the apple. He would like to buy something else. The cashier then tells him he can’t purchase anything else until he pays for the apple. He tells them again that he doesn’t want it. Again they tell him he will not be allowed to purchase anything else until he buys the apple. He tells the cashier that he is from out of town and didn’t realize the apple would be so expensive. They then tell him too bad he should have asked how much it would have been with Pinon nuts on it. He then tells them about the sign again then they tell him the sign is all wrong and not to pay attention to the sign. WOW.WHY DO YOU HAVE A SIGN UP IF ITS WRONG?????? DISGUSTING I RECOMMEND IF YOU GO THERE REMEMBER THE SIGN IS WRONG AND IF YOU DON’T PURCHASE THE ITEM YOU JUST GOT YOU CANT BUY ANYTHING ELSE. ILL NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN.

RUN DONT WALK AND GET A PIÑON APPLE MMMMM. You will taste a nut grown in NM and I think you will enjoy the taste. If nuts are not your thing try well, any thing else that Will complete you sweet appetite. And leave with a smile that the chocolate or the staff will give you

We popped in on July 4th for a sweet treat and enjoyed the broad selection of chocolate goodies. The workers were helpful and provided samples of fudge and ice cream flavors. Our group had chocolate confections, ice creams, and shakes, and we enjoyed them all.

Came here on a weekday afternoon during our visit to Taos and absolutely loved their selection of chocolates. My personal favorite was the strawberry cheesecake although we also found their chocolate truffles to be equally delicious. The staff was really friendly and wonderful to interact with and we were very much intrigued by their ice-cream selection although didn't have the chance to try it out

Stopped in here on memorial day weekend while shopping and was absolutely blown away by the endless options of chocolate, ice creams, candies, and confections available! We selected an assortment of truffles, caramel apple (my personal favorite), macadamia bar, and caramel and it was amazing. All delicious and reasonably priced!

Cute little shop with a good selection of chocolates and ice cream. Single scoop in a waffle cone was huge and really reasonable in price. Good ice cream too. We enjoyed Cookie Dough and Butterfinger style one. Perfect for walking around the plaza with.

We were super excited to go here since all the ones we had back home were shut down. Online it said they are open until 8pm, but at 6:20 pm they were locked and moping floors. Very disappointed!

Went in for Christmas gifts, it was extremely busy, but I was still welcomed by a hello. The worker had so much patience with my 4 year old who couldn’t make up his mind. Everything looked fresh and displayed well.
