The cashier was super rude. No greeting, no thank you, no smile and surly attitude. I asked if they had the new apple pastry. She shrugged and said, No. I looked in the pastry cabinet and saw a pastry so I asked what it was....surprise! New Apple Pastry! I said I'd like that. She says, "it's from the cabinet." I was confused why she said that. She handed me the pastry in a bag and then looked away. That was the end of our interaction. The barista was in a boisterous gossipy conversation with a store employee while she was making my drink. The drink wasn't great. It looked like it had sat on the counter for half an hour even though I watched her make it. The whole experience was really lame.

I wish I would have gotten the name of the barista working the register this afternoon. She was so sweet and complimented my twilight outfit. Albertsons has always had the better Starbucks in my opinion as far as the drinks taste, but being treated so nicely by the staff just made my day and I wanted to come here and give a shout-out to them.

For the last 3 days I went in to get the chocolate cold brew drink in the Albertsons Starbucks coffee shop. And every time we ask for this drink the young girls gave us the excuse that the machine was dirty or the were out of a mixture for the chocolate cold brew. It was an excuse just to not make the drink. There's never a manager to talk to so these young girls get away with not making the drinks. I will not go there again. I rather go to the Smiths Starbucks they made the drink right away and didn't give us a crazy excuse to not make it and the staff at smith's were very helpful and friendly.

Hands down best Starbucks in town. I'd say I'm definitely a regular and I don't even live in Taos.

Don't visit early.. Long line, one barista that is no way in any rush despite the long line. (15 minutes in line, 10 minute wait for drink) With THS right here why not get more help in morning? Don't complain tho, you'll get ignored and wait longer ? Hit TaosJava or Elevation Cafe for that local happiness with a smile:)

Walked 20-min to this Starbucks to be told they couldn’t serve me because of employee shortage, even though there was an employee and no customers.

The wait was WAY too long!! After placing my order I waited a full 20.min for my sm mocha frapp. Easily the slowest moviing Starbucks Barista I've seen!!

Blonde Starbucks manager is very rude, everytime I come here I see her in a bad mood either saying things under her breath or yelling at her employees, it's consistently busy here, better off going to smiths. New management is recommended.

Wow, the blonde manager is super rude. She was too busy yelling at an employee to get my drink right. I have mild nut and dairy allergies so I politely asked her to remake it and apologized to her, but she seemed super annoyed...She remade it and gave me the exact same incorrect order. She seemed like she was more focused on taking her frustrations out on the employee then making my drink. After the third time of me clarifying my order, apologizing, and politely asking her to remake it, she took my drink and started mumbling insults at ME. I was very nice to her and I understand that everyone is under increased stress lately, there was really no need to insult me... I hope she takes a vacation because she seemed very over-worked and stressed. I got a refund and will not be back due to this experience.
