Super saver is the best food shopping in Taos, New Mexico. Excellent selections. Wide aisles. Great prices. Beats the other stores with a happy, stress free shopping experience. It's a locals favorite. Clerks are warm and friendly, as are other shoppers. The other stores feel like demolition derby after paying, and you're wondering why you didn't come to Super Saver first.

This place is dumpy, use the food before you leave the store so it doesn't go bad.

Great meat department. The past 2 times I've shopped there, I was very annoyed seeing the young girl working the self checkout lines looking at her phone screen and not paying any attention to customers. Her job seemed meaningless. Teach her some work ethics.

Hey Jesus instead of walking around giggling like school girls with Damien Martinez you should be reprimanding your rude little employees Benito and the fat new self checkout out lady with Glasses

Awesome grocery store with lots of items you cannot find in other local grocery. Prices are higher, infact it's known among a few locals as "Super Spend".

By far the best staffed supermarket in town. This is the placei seek out when prices are getting out of hand. Especially the store brand is very affordable and the quaility is great to boot. The deli always has hot grab and go foods that are affordable and taste great. The only thing I miss going here are thick cut steaks and chops.

They have good stuff for lunch at the deli sandwiches, chicken, burritos and salads. The salads are good but have way to much cheese they put like 3 big hand fulls of cheese in the salad so i have to take out half the cheese or thats all you taste. So to the owner or manager please less cheese in the salads.

blocking the parking lot to prevent farmer’s market patrons from parking displays a fundamental misunderstanding of the fact that the farmer’s market generates business for super save and auto zone. Placing threatening signage is disrespectful to the community, and is ignorant. Farmer’s market patrons are YOUR CUSTOMERS.You are blocking YOUR OWN CUSTOMERS from your enormous parking lot.Otherwise, my experience has been over the recent years that cashiers and staff are professional and friendly. Also we really appreciated the bitcoin ATM at this location. Many of us only come into town only once a week, starting with the farmers’s market, and then do our other shopping for the week. Making threats and placing obstacles to your own customers who are in town specifically to shop (that means spend money, potentially at YOUR place of business) is absurd, and obviously will negatively impact your sales. We certainly won’t be shopping here ever again.

I’ve been trying to figure out what my problem is with super save. Aside from the fact that the savings are far from super, I feel profiled every, single, time I shop there. Upon first entering there are about 3-5 workers in the entrance area that stare but never say hello or welcome. One particular worker will watch me up and down the aisle starting intently and never speaking to me.My final straw was today when two workers walked towards me and I said “hello, excuse me but do you work here” and was ignored. I followed behind them yelling hello and once they stopped to complete their task (which happened to face me) I was able to get one workers attention. The other worker refused to acknowledge me or speak to me at all. I was looking for topo Chico and the worker that acknowledged me asked the other worker to show me where it was. The other worker did not want to!! He asked if he should finish what he was doing first. He was instructed to show me the item instead. He NEVER made any eye contact, never spoke to me until he nonchalantly pointed out where the seltzer was and left. He sped to the item (I lost him at some point and found him again by the produce).Overall, I’m over it. I have observed how the other customers are treated and it seems they treat customers that look like them preferentially.***update, was asked to reach out on their website which I did over a week ago with no response

Extremely RUDE employees who act like they are blessing you with their presence They need training on how to be nice to customers who are paying their salaries
