It really inconvenient that this is the only Walgreens in the state that closes on weekends. They should at least stay open half day on both days. Some of us have meds that can’t be filled until that exact day and sometime it falls on sat or sun so we have to suffer or risk our health till they reopen on Monday. Something needs to be done to change this ridiculousness plus all the employees that work at that store are so rude and hateful it’s so sad. There are just a couple of really nice ones. Hopefully someone from corporate reads these messages so something gets done

Pharmacy is ALWAYS understaffed! ALWAYS. I went twice this week...30 minute wait on both occasions. Hey, giant corporation, please hire adequate staff, pay a decent wage, and don't be greedy.
This 1-star is NOT reflective of the pharmacist staff. Pharmacists are always so nice and helpful.

I shouldn't even have to put a star they have very poor service the worst service I've ever had in my life I've gone in there and the pharmacy especially because all they do is lie to the customers after knowing that your doctor has called in three or four times and then they insist on saying that that they have not called it in yet

Long wait. Poor communication. Low stock. Not open on weekends. Walmart is actually a far superior pharmacy.

Nice staff, but not enough of them. Long wait for prescription. Long lines. Plan an hour.

Doctor had sent a prescription to the Walgreens pharmacy in Taos on Thursday, I went to pick up the prescription on Friday (drive-thru) I was told that the medication wasn't at the store & it would be on the next truck which I didn't mind even though I waited in line for about 20 minutes with my 2 babies (both under 3 years old), I told the worker in the pharmacy I would be back on Monday... I went on Monday at about 3:20/3:30, waited in line until 4 & was told that I had to loop back around the building because it wasn't ready & would take 20 minutes mind you it took about 40 minutes to wait in line the first time; so I had to wait for well over an hour (closer to 2 hours) with my 2 babies even after talking to them 3 days prior.
I understand they are short staffed but that isn't a staffing issue, it's just incompetence & terrible service.

I have always tried to show compassion for the employees that work at the pharmacy here , because I know they are most likely understaffed. I don’t get that same compassion back and the weaponized incompetence is horrific. This is the most lame excuse of a pharmacy, I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I can’t believe employees at a pharmacy would ever have a “couldn’t care less”attitude when dealing with people’s life saving medications.

Staff is nice and professional, but pharmacy is painfully understaffed. Whether it’s drive thru or walk-in, plan at minimum to 30-45 minutes for prescription pick-up.

Excellent, professional and courteous service from Lorena to get my husband and I passport photos taken early this afternoon. Our service was quick and efficient. Well done! Thank you Walgreens Taos!

Walgreens staff is polite, but short-staffed with short hours and overworked. Pharmacy has only one pharmacist and is closed on weekends. Thought after 5 months it would get better. I waited an hour Thursday, Friday, Monday, and today, only to once again reach the front counter and told "Oh we have been busy. we need another 20-30 minutes to fill your prescription." They have had 6 days to fill it. It is a common medication. I have stood in line while a small kid pooped it pants, a woman was heavily doused in gagging perfume, another man stunk of cigars. So I have lost 4 hours of my life after work to be told by pharmacy staff they couldn't take the time to fill my prescription.

Absolutely terrible. I’ve been going for a few years but today was the worst, waited in line for an hour and then waited 20 more min to actually get my prescription and ID back. Everyone there moves in slow motion. I don’t know if they’re incompetent or just don’t care. Just know you’ll be waiting for EVER, and if you are in line past 6 they won’t see you ? and they aren’t even opened on weekends, I liked the drive thru but I’m never coming back here lol just all around the worst pharmacy in town

One of the worst Walgreens I've ever been to and I've used Walgreens in 7 different states. Although most employees are polite they are chronically understaffed. It's not a "staffing shortage " it a managerial issue. Taosis a desirable location to live, you should be able to attract professionals.

The staff are good and accommodating in the pharmacy. Overall the store is just over worked. The place is a little hectic to say the least. Given that it's DTLA. Expect the understandable chaos.

Great customer service. Treats all customers with respect and will help when needed. Other pharmacies in Taos have been horrible and treat others very poorly. 100% recommend this pharmacy.
