Drive thru line is usually busy so be patient and plan to catch up on emails or do some online shopping while you wait.

Their hours are short, they are understaffed and because of that they’re usually not very polite. Also, it takes many extra days to get a prescription filled. Going on 10 days right now for the one we are trying to pick up. We were told it was ready four days ago and we drove there and it’s not ready. No apologies.

Literally the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Calling in to confirm prescriptions, the line is never answered. They never have prescriptions ready so after the inevitable 35 minutes in line, you are told you must return at a later time. Literally, this place is the definition of a waste of time.

Busy Walgreens. Had some empty spots but I did get what I needed. Had to drive around building one time to find a parking spot.

Absolutely the worst Walgreens I've ever dealt with. I use Walgreens because of the ease to refill prescription while traveling. I used Walgreens in 7 states and this is by far the poorest in customer service, staffing and hours. Additionally despite what the pre-recorded automated system tells you they don't get back to you when your refill is delayed. I actually dread going to this Walgreens to use the drive through or the pharmacy in store. I gave it 2 stars because most the people you actually deal with in person are polite.

Pueblo style Walgreens with an obscene section of alcohol. Walgreens: this is supposed to be a pharmacy, not a liquor store.

A lot of people diss this pharmacy, but we have had nothing but positive experiences here. A family member is on a special medication that is difficult to dispense due to federal guidelines about it, and it requires a fair amount more work and paperwork and whatnot, and Alyssa the pharmacist and the others who work there have been absolutely amazing , helping us consistently and patiently over many months. We're super grateful for them.

This place is closed. Web posting and phone message is wrong. Lying about pharmacy. Incredibly dishonest in STILL allowing doctors to call in RX and placed is closed.

How can a responsible pharmacy be closed on weekends? Why is this issue not resolved? Apparently Walgreens does not pay enough to pharmacists or it is a less than desirable place toWork. Very inconvenient. Decades long Walgreens customer who will change.

No crutches for sale in ski country. No restrooms available either “in the interest of your health.” Very disappointing.

The Taos Walgreens pharmacy is a joke. Understaffed and incompetent. And they charge 3x comparing their price to GoodRx.

Do not waste your time with the pharmacy, especially if your medicine is taken daily and/or necessary for your daily function. The pharmacy is either not open or there is a line 10 deep. This is no reflection in the outnumbered folks working the counter. This egregious ineptitude rests squarely on the shoulders of management. Their negligence has proven significantly detrimental to my health, employment, and personal relationships. I hope I never have to set foot in this place again. But let me tell you how I really feel...
