The staff are very helpful and have great customer service. The staff, handle irate and happy individuals, with calm and controlled emotions. They are definitely above average.

Don’t like the lady Lori! She’s very rude! Not only to me but the person in front of me. Just like if tonya was working she’s very patient and nice to my family and myself!

As of December 2021, the ladies (Hispanic ladies) lost a couple of my packages and very rude when it comes to customer service. I'm not sure if they only hired those they knew. They even lost my friend's mail!! They even have a threatening manner when it comes to picking up my mail a few days after it being delivered. We gotta expose these ladies and get them out of there!! If you don't like what you're doing there, do something else!!!

I filed a complaint against this post office for failing to deliver my mail to my legal mailbox. The post office decided to intentionally not deliver some of my mail in retaliation and is now requiring me or my husband to come to the post office and pick up our mail while they drive right past my legal mailbox.

Plus is ridiculously slow. Customer service is bad! They would rather argue with you than help you. Asking for your packages is an inconvenience to the postal workers.

This post office is a joke. Clearly the employees are unhappy working there. They are rude, quick to snap at patrons and frankly, not very nice. I understand that due to the pandemic there are a lot more packages being delivered, but cowboy up girls, this is your job! Too many times packages are misplaced. When there is a delivery notification in my PO Box, and I am expecting a package or packages, I expect they can be found. Many times I have been told they have nothing. Then when they do locate my stuff, they tell me they were ready to send it back! Send it back? Because they only keep deliveries for 3 weeks. 3 weeks? I check my mail at least 4 times a week. This week the retail and pick up windows were closed for 2 days. "Sorry for the inconvenience " the sign said. You bet it's inconvenient! We are a rural community. It can't be that difficult to step up your game when your day gets busy. Maybe whoever is in charge could request more help, because this whole operation is unorganized and dysfunctional.

This Post Office has lazy employees, rude employees and is always closed! We need to keep reporting and lose these employees like they lose our mail! What a waste of time visiting to check our mail, and losing what's important!

I'm getting calls and Emails from the VA stating that some of my mail is being returned to the VA despite the fact that I'm still getting some of my mail. Basically, the mail service is arbitrarily deciding which items to deliver and return others for no apparent reason. I've had the same exact address for over 20 years and only recently I've been getting notifications from the VA and other companies of returned mail and requests to update my address.

I like the old manger. My package would be in my p.o. box, when I get my notifications. But know I have to drive back and forth, or wait a extra two days..
