Worst company to do business with. Dear technicians. If you don't want to do your job, quit so others who actually want to work can apply. Just waited by my door for 6 hours for a technician to come. He came for 1 second dropped a door tagg off and sped off. Didn't knock. Did not call. Now I have to go another day without being able to do my school work. Ruining my perfect attendance. I'm so upset. I called 3 times today. Each time it was something different. And dude never came. I'm so upset.

There are 2 ISPs in this area and we've had both. TDS usually has service done within 24 hours, the other guys took 2 weeks. Outages are very rare, and it's very fast streaming. We haven't used the cable TV, rumor is the other guys may be better for that but TDS now has digital cable too, so it may be improved. Overall, if fast, reliable internet and good service is important, use TDS.

I just had the service activated today but so far everything seems top notch. Justin the technician was very professional, arrived on time and had me up and running in about 30 minutes. So far so good! I'm very happy!

Good high speed internet, most of the time. For this area it's hard to get much better than TDS, I've always had a good experience working with them I had them in Colorado for years before moving to New Mexico as well!

If I call or order service residential then you tell me to call the business side if I call business side you tell me call residential... How about a phone number that works also when you say no to my service.

To the TDS worker that took my 200ft coax cable. You have stolen my property and I want it back. The 200ft of cable does not belong to TDS and is of my personal property. You should be fired for theft

TDS just installed wifi service at my residence in TorC. From initial contact to final installation the process was quick and efficient. Service tech Justin was courteous, professional and informative.
