321 E Rte 66 Blvd, TucumcariStopped here for breakfast on our way to Santa Fe. I ordered the French Toast Platter. The French toast was delicious, as was the side of chorizo I got. My wife ordered the Rise & Shine, and it was somewhat disappointing. The sausage was flavorless and bland. Service was fine, and the restaurant had somewhat of an odd odor to it when we entered.

Del's Restaurant
1202 U.S. Route 66, TucumcariWe had a great meal at Del’s Restaurant in Tucumcari.
The food was good. My husband had the liver, which was cooked nicely. I had the baked potato with toppings, and it was good. We couldn’t leave without trying the chocolate cake, and it was absolutely amazing. The beer was also ice cold and very refreshing.
A special thank you to our server, Ashley. She was warm, friendly, attentive and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. Great service really makes a meal memorable, and she certainly did that.
We wish Ashley and her wonderful family all the very best for the future. If we’re ever back in Tucumcari, we’ll definitely be returning.

TRISTAR INN XPRESS
1302 W Rte 66 Blvd, TucumcariThought about leaving a bad review just to see Mike's response. He's an obvious legend. My wife and I were driving from New Mexico to Pennsylvania and rolled into TriStar Inn for a night. It's on the famous Route 66. A slice of America and it's history. The Inn was a perfect place to spend a night. It was clean, comfortable and surviving in our ever-changing landscape. Kudos!
