“I enjoy buying Native American jewelry and was looking forward to buying in Gallup. We had went to El Morra National Park and came down road 602. I had seen the road signs and we stopped.
The young lady helping us had the initials FL. She was so fun and knowledgeable and really made our trip. So much so we skipped the Gallup shopping. Our budget was spent at Joe Milo’s. 4 beautiful and unique pieces of jewelry. FL is an example of pre Covid customer service. She excelled in her job.
Joe Milo’s is 17 miles south of Gallup but what a pretty drive. And the store was not buried with shoppers. We had one on one help and there was so much inventory. We would go back just for the terrific customer service.”

It is astounding how knowledgeable their staff is about what they have in the shop at any given time. They are very transparent about the origin of different pieces that they have and are incredibly helpful about making sure that you know exactly what you are getting. I had a bracelet made and couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! They were wonderful with our two little boys who were wowed by all of the different stones that they saw and they were incredibly patient with the boys. In addition, presentation speaks so much about commitment. They have done a tremendous job of setting up all of the finished jewelry pieces and raw stones they have in such an artistic way that really shows they care about what they do. Highly recommend a visit to anyone in the area.”
