Allsup's Convenience Store is a well-known local gas station and convenience store that offers a variety of products and services. Customers can enjoy hot foods, cold and hot drinks, snacks, alcohol, and fuel, including diesel and electric vehicle charging stations. The store also provides amenities such as restrooms, an ATM, and ample parking space, with room for several 18-wheelers. The store is appreciated for its clean outside appearance and well-maintained facilities, including the EV fast chargers and clean restrooms. Many customers highlight the friendly and helpful staff, noting positive interactions and good customer service. For example, some appreciate helpful employees who assist with receipts and provide excellent service. The store’s location and amenities are considered convenient, especially with the presence of fast EV chargers and a two-hour parking limit, making it a practical stop for travelers. However, there are some concerns about management and employee attitude. A negative interaction at the burrito counter was reported, where staff member’s attitude was rude and dismissive, which affected the overall impression. Customers suggest that the store could improve by focusing on better management, maintaining spotless public areas and restrooms, and consistently delivering high-quality customer service, similar to well-managed competitors. Overall, Allsup's is a convenient stop for fuel, snacks, and basic needs, with friendly staff and good facilities, but there is room for improvement in customer service and cleanliness.
Bathrooms are better than most you’ll find on the road.
