The older lady that took over after the young man left, is horrible. I have gone in several times looking for lost mail… She is completely unhelpful. She barely goes to look for anything. Immediately says I don’t have anything here, before she even looks!!! She acts like she just can’t stand being there. It’s all an inconvenience for her. I hope they put somebody new in there soon! PLEASE!!
