“LASCU was recommended to me when I moved to Los Alamos and they have always been helpful and supportive. I love what they do for the schools in Los Alamos and their involvement in the community.”

“del Norte Credit Union in Los Alamos NM, has the best customer service representatives. My wife and I have been to a lot of banks in different states and this is by far the most professional, polite, and friendly. Thank you!”
“First time homebuyer. I worked with Maria Ortiz to originate the home loan and couldn't be more pleased. She was professional, responsive and walked me through each step of the loan process. I would recommend any buyer work with Maria in the future.”

“I had a really positive experience at this bank and wanted to give a shoutout to two employees who stood out Janae and Antonio. From the moment I walked in, Jenae was welcoming, patient, and genuinely attentive. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable with each step of the process. It's rare to come across someone who combines professionalism with such a friendly attitude. Antonio was just as impressive super knowledgeable and efficient. He helped resolve my issue quickly while still making sure I understood all my options. You can tell he really cares about helping customers, not just getting them in and out the door. Overall, the service here exceeded my expectations. It's refreshing to deal with a team that's both competent and personable. I'll definitely continue banking here and would recommend this branch to anyone looking for reliable, friendly service.”
