This pharmacy is one of the worst I have ever been to it only has one person working at any time way is it because they will not pay$$ the pharmacist anything they treat there workers so bad no one will stay working there this is Kroger’s fault. Please fix this or close it Because no one is happy being there.

I called to refill my prescription and the person that picked up the phone was extremely rude and impatient. They refused to explain the way my insurance was going to cover my prescription. They should have handled things with even a little understanding. Why is it so hard to provide kindness, especially when dealing with someone who is sick?

It is an OK store. They don't have everything the larger nearby smiths in Los Alamos has, but they have most and with easier parking and no crowds. There is the self checkout or, if you wait in line, there will usually be no more than one person ahead of you.Checkout staff are usually only marginally friendly, sometimes not at all. So three stars not four.

What's not to like? I came here to grab some grapes which were on sale, and I also like the "on sale" bakery rack in the back of the store for items that might not be super fresh anymore but are still fine! I grabbed a banana bread as well which was tasty. Lots of selection, clearly marked aisles, and self checkout makes everything good.

Came here for cash back and the staffs were super helpful. So close to my place and conveniently has pretty much everything that you need such as small packs of laundry detergent.

This is your typical smaller format Kroger store. In Colorado, it would be a City Market. I like that it feels like a neighborhood store - I came to recognize everyone who works here. This is of course the only grocery store in White Rock, making it very convenient. The Los Alamos Smith's has a much larger selection and many other product categories but is a 15-20 minute drive away. The store could use a little bit more ventilation, and the parking lot is very bumpy. Other than that, it's great.

I have used Smith's Pharmacy in White Rock ever since they opened and have always been very pleased with the level of service.

8/2017-Smith's Grocery Stores still defaultin to debit and not allowing credit use of Los Alamos National Bank debit/credit cards. Using credit portion protects me on multiple levels. From talking to Smith's employees this is due to a contract issue with their merchant processor & Mastercard which LANB uses. I am no longer shopping at Smith's. Shopping at local co-op, Albertson's, Walmart, and Target-all of which have no problem with credit charges to LANB debit/credit cards. 7/2017-Smith's Grocery is forcing customers to use debit portion of bank debit/credit card by setting their card readers to prevent use of credit option. I put all of my purchases on credit to protect myself from cyber theft. Will avoid Smith's as they are jeapordizing my security.
