Deli counter did not slice meet how I asked and forced me to buy cheese from the pre sliced deli meat box, now I have cheese that is a large clump instead of slices. Lady was rude also. Disappointing!

They have everything I need, as far as groceries go. I can easily find it and get in and out quickly. Items are usually well-stocked and everyone is polite. Prices are pretty good, especially for Kroger brand items. Perfect neighborhood grocery store.

Overall customer service is good but as a previous employee I believe most of the management unfit for their position. The store manager “Daniel” is unwilling to work with you. You aren’t allowed to talk to other workers and I have been personally told that I would be sent home if I continued to converse with my bagger. They expect you to slave away for mediocre pay. I and a manager have quit this week because of management. I enjoyed talking to every customer that went through my lane, you guys would always put a smile on my face.

Why does the deli close at 5? “People getting off work, better close up shop before they come looking for dinner”. This small town is weird.

Starbucks inside the store! They have prepared food ready to warm up and eat.

It is an OK store. They don't have everything the larger nearby smiths in Los Alamos has, but they have most and with easier parking and no crowds. There is the self checkout or, if you wait in line, there will usually be no more than one person ahead of you. Checkout staff are usually only marginally friendly, sometimes not at all. So three stars not four.

Place is great for quick grocery shopping, but could really use a new parking lot. Driving a cart to your car feels like taking it for a stroll on a washboard. Advise hand carrying carbonated beverages and don't put anything on the bottom of your cart or it will rattle out.

Smith's (Kroger) is still requiring obedience masks for vaccinated peasants. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Great grocery store with essentially everything you'd need right across the street, but the parking lot is a problem.

What's not to like is they always stop selling items that I like. These are items that used to sell out fast like Newman's Own pizza for example. So I have to go to a different store to get what I want. They also have a very limited beer selection. They do keep making fresh guacamole in the produce section and that's awesome, and the wine selection is not too bad.To be realistic, it's the only store in a small town and we are lucky to have it, and for that I am grateful. It's nice to be able to run and grab eggs and milk without having to take an hour to get it.

What's not to like? I came here to grab some grapes which were on sale, and I also like the "on sale" bakery rack in the back of the store for items that might not be super fresh anymore but are still fine! I grabbed a banana bread as well which was tasty. Lots of selection, clearly marked aisles, and self checkout makes everything good.

I have been coming to this store for many years now. I remember when Smith's came to town. Anyway the staff always goes above and beyond to be kind, courteous, and helpful to everyone including those who have trouble getting around. They surprisingly know just about everyones name and truly try to let you leave feeling welcome. The store itself has the right amount of what you need including organic and gluten free items. Pharmacy staff is equal in kind. Thank you ? Sincerely, Heather Phillips
