About Inness Golf
Inness Golf is a beautiful and super nice 9-hole course in the Hudson Valley, considered one of the most unique courses in the area. The landscape is stunning, with beautiful views from every vantage point. The course is a masterpiece design with a great and creative layout, featuring large, undulating, and diabolical green complexes, rolling fairways, and wild, natural hazards. It is very well-maintained and has matured really well. The layout provides a unique and fun experience, with each hole presenting a unique challenge that requires strategic thinking. Good shots are rewarded, but players will get into trouble if they miss their mark, often chipping back up to the hole. It is super playable off the tee but is not a standard layout, offering wonderful challenges that make every round an engaging adventure. Some find the layout a bit confusing, noting that getting from hole to hole is challenging and that more signs are needed. The staff are top notch, very helpful, hospitable, and kind. As a 9-hole course, it features two pins on certain greens, allowing players to play different pin locations for an 18-hole experience. It is considered pricey but worth trying out and is a great destination for a buddies trip or match play. Visitors are encouraged to have an open mind and grab a map.
