Terrible service. Internet has been out for 3 days due to a storm. Multiple phone calls for checking on restoration. No one has any answers, and big surprise no refund on the days without service. Not impressed, but stuck with this service because it is the only one in our area.

Thank you so much for the great service. Home reno project and oops phone and internet out. Service tech came right out, even helped move the plant stand to get to equipment. Problem turned out to be outside. Up the ladder he went and fixed. Such a great friendly personality, quick at getting the problem fixed.

Have been trying to call this office for weeks now, no one is there. call the main 877 number and they send you to this 'local' office and you leave a voicemail with no call back. all I want to do is get service connected

We have had Armstrong for almost 1 year now. They are a fantastic company!!. It’s so great to be able to do our doctors video visits, stream and watch videos without having to watch our downloads. Plus they are a very accommodating company.

If you haven’t yet made the switch to Armstrong’s high speed service, what are you waiting for? Where our past provider could scarcely handle an Xbox playing live games and a cell phone on Netflix, now with Armstrong we’ve had two Xbox’s going along with Netflix on Roku and phones playing games to boot. And you can maintain your parental controls and more with the plume app, and in home customer service is top notch. If you do not watch a lot of TV then drop satellite service, switch to Hulu on a smart TV or use a Roku, switch to Armstrong’s service and SAVE MONEY altogether.

Armstrong has brought high speed internet to rural Allegany county. They have been extremely responsive to my needs & the service in OUTSTANDING. Interaction with their customer service personnel has been very professional. I cannot say enough about their service.
