136 Front Street, Addison NY 14801
“I moved back to the area and wasn't sure what was available for Internet services nowadays. Ultimately landed on Armstrong since they're the only fiber service in the area and I wanted the added reliability of fiber, plus the promotional rate seemed good. The technician (Jason) called in advance to confirm the appointment and the time he'd be arriving. He did a great job of answering questions and concerns, explaining the trade-offs of different locations we could drop the line into the house, and helping us choose appropriate spots for pods for proper coverage given our unique setup/needs. Really appreciate the extra education while he was setting things up. It helped guide decisions during the process. Would highly recommend Jason for setups.”
