Moved into town and Town And Country Disposal was highly recommended, and it's easy to see why. They are very timely with their services every week, and on the rare occasions there is an issue, they let you know and it is always quickly resolved. Loved the service since I started using it, and they offer Auto-pay! It's so easy every month/week and I would never use any other services.

Town and Country Disposal is a great garbage service that you definitely need! They are always sending email updates if something is wrong and can’t make your day service and or holidays and when they will be there. They also have gone out of their way to retrieve our garbage cans in our driveway on a night that we had forgotten to put them out. We truly appreciate them and their services they provide. They go above and beyond for their customers!

I just moved into a house and needed service. With these folks, just put your garbage in a can with regular garbage bags. No need for special cans or bags or anything extra. They let you know if the schedule changes for a holiday as well.I pay my bill on time. I try to be courteous when my bags are extra heavy or have an odd request (like removing a couch), and always thank them. It’s a two way relationship and it works out great.Services: Appliance removal & disposal

Very rude. They have a very bad customer service. When I called asking why they didn't pickup the garbage, the lady started yelling that the garbage wasn't out. This isn't the first time. I strongly recommend not to use their service.

Horrible customer service, she was very rude when I had called them on a Monday when they did not pick up my garbage and she had told me the could not pick up the garbage no explanation why just that they couldn’t and then the next Monday I had called to see when they were picking up my garbage they said that I don’t know when they will pick it up other then it would be today. When I missed the date on the very first week I had started the service I had to pay $30 for them to pick it up. But they offered no compensation or anything explanation for why they could not pick up the garbage. The lady who I had spoken to was very rude.Service: Trash removal & disposal

I had called around to almost all the local trash collection services, and found that Town and Country fit my needs best. When I established service with them, I found out that there are discounts available that other companies do not offer. I have communicated with them several times, and never had any issues. When I have questions about items I may need to dispose of, the owner is quick to respond with a clear answer.These guys are the complete opposite of Foster's Disposable Service. I an so glad I found Town and Country!

We have used town and country disposal for several years now and we are very pleased with them. Their pricing is very reasonable and they are very responsive to calls or emails. If there is going to be a delay and pick up for any reason they notify us by email in advance.

We have been using Town and Country Disposal since 2003. Our service has always been exemplary! If they are running behind due to a holiday or unforeseen mechanical problem, they let you know ASAP and are sure to get to you the next day! We've been with Town and Country Disposal for quite a few years now. Great service! Nearly always on time (99% of the time)--and when they can't make it to you due to the weather in Upstate New York (being Upstate New York), they let you know via e-mail or Facebook.
