Lori at the Afton office is so helpful! She's been great to us for the past three years. She handles all issues or requests promptly and professionally. I feel like we're friends any time I call!Last week, our boiler stopped working - the burner wouldn't fire. It was below 30F in my house. Doug came out after-hours and helped get everything fixed. He was awesome, great to talk with, and worked hard to make sure we had heat and hot water.Today, Peter came over to finish the yearly service and cleaning. It seemed that the unit wasn't completely cleaned last year, so it was a little bit (read: a lotta bit) of a mess. He didn't complain at all, did a stellar job cleaning and tuning it up, and even made time to play with my dogs :)I'd love to work with these guys again! So glad I picked Suburban over Mirabito or Reinhardt!
