“No one expects to turn on their AC one day in 90+ F weather & it not work. I pulled up & saw mechanics busy with other cars, yet once my concern was heard they took their time to help me on the spot. Complete courtesy & professionalism. Initially I should have left my car for diagnostics. Today they saved my car & gave it a boost using my own supplies & didn’t charge me for their time. The mechanic said “I didn’t do anything.” You did everything I needed at the moment. You don’t know that I’m a nurse & heavily rely on my car to commute.
