Interstate Toyota Rentals offers a no BS experience and keeps to their word. The staff is courteous, excellent communicators, and does not smooth talk or upsell. Customers say they were above and beyond, kept informed, and received A+ service. They gave good offers and were transparent, not pushy, and attentive. Some customers were satisfied and would go back. Hidden fees were noted but the communication was clear.
