From luxury brands down to budget friendly basics, I would say there is definitely a good chance anyone can find something they like and can afford to buy. The prices are spot on and the store is organized really well with a good selection but doesn't feel overwhelming like some consignment/thrift shops do. “I cannot say enough good things about my experiences with Arthur Groom & Co and their whole team! Whether it I've used them for repairs, resizing of rings, watch battery changing and retooling and purchasing jewelry, the team at Arthur Groom has been knowledgeable, efficient and a pleasure to work with.
But my experience recently with them has placed them in a whole new category of excellence. I have an Edwardian gold, enamel and diamond bracelet that my husband bought me as a wedding gift, and a piece fell off when we were out one night. I have been searching for years for the right jeweler to recreate the missing piece. This was no easy fix.
I brought the bracelet in to the ladies at Arthur Groom and they spent months working to find the right person to do the job - even they weren't sure it could be done. Low and behold they were able to locate and work with the perfect craftsman to recreate this missing enamel and diamond piece and when I got the bracelet back it looked better than when I bought it. The craftsmanship is exquisite! I could not be happier and now I have my precious bracelet back.
I cannot recommend Arthur Groom & Co highly enough. If you want quality work done right, and gorgeous jewelry from knowledgeable and helpful people, you couldn't find a better jeweler.”
