Exceptional customer service! I had an issue where I was initially charged because I was told my child's doctor didn't take my insurance. However the team at Maple - Medex Pharmacy went above and beyond to resolve it, ensuring I got my refund. Their professionalism and willingness to help truly sets them apart. Highly recommend!

2x I called, paid for my medication because I have co-pays, and asked for it to be delivered. BOTH times I was told yes my medication will be out in a few minutes for delivery. BOTH times I came home to NO medication, (this is 5 hours after I asked for it to be delivered) nor did I receive it the next day/night, BOTH times according to pharmacy was delivered. I do not understand why in the world since you offer delivery, you don't send a text message out letting us know hey your medication was delivered ALONG with a PICTURE OF WHERE IT WAS DELIVERED TO. You know this area is FULLLLLLLLLL of apartment buildings left and right. You would think your drivers would be considerate enough to at least put it on your door handle being that its MEDICATION but no, they do bare minimum. Greenbaum's I call pay for my medication and delivered right away. Will stick with them in the future.

I had a disappointing experience with Maple Pharmacy due to very late delivery. I hope they can improve their service in the future.
It shouldn't take 5 hours to get a delivery!

Not sure what happened to Maple-Medex, they used to be a great pharmacy option. I guess they are not aware there are 800 other options in the area. They used to deliver in a few hours. Prescription called in at 1pm, it didnt delivery by 5 so I called and explained my child is sick and needs to go to sleep but needs her first dose of antibiotics so we need it asap. They said going out at 6 should be one hour. Fast forward close to 5 hours and many many calls and getting fed a whole lot of you know what it finally delivers. Dont know if management/ownership changed or what but I wouldnt be shocked if they are losing a ton of customers. Left a VM for the manager and never heard back.

Maple medex pharmacy is the best. They deliver same day, and have great customer service. They carry items that most other pharmacies don't carry and they have an advisor for otc/home remedies.

Waiting to phone music for a long time and finally when the call gets answered I'm told by the lady picking up the phone that she doesn't have time and I should call back tomorrow. What a service!

Tried making a phone order and they hung up the phone on me 4 times! had to go in in-person and all the workers were on their phones ignoring customers. Terrible service, extremely disappointed
