For questions, they're just a text or phone call away. Also, my doc would never have sent an Rx to a questionable compounding pharmacy that's non-regulated and has no accreditations. T&C is SAFE and GREAT.”
“A perfect local pharmacy… quick refills, personalized service, and help when you need it. The staff answers the phone when you call and are more than happy to take your prescription refill or answer any questions you may have. Store has a large variety of items including over the counter medications, greeting cards, seasonal decor, gift wrap and gift bags, balloons, toys, travel size items, special need items, and school supplies. The list goes on. The staff has been employed here for many years and have an invested interest in your complete satisfaction. The owner, Vish Patel, greets all with a big smile. Free parking as well on the street or in the parking lot behind the pharmacy. I have had only great experiences here. I highly recommend this local gem.”

“The staff at Bardonia Pharmacy truly have impressed me. I was a customer at CVS for years and began having issues with the service about a year and a half ago. I’ve been coming to Bardonia Pharmacy for a bit over a year and am pleasantly surprised at just how excellent their employees are. I have yet to experience any real issue with prescriptions, and they always go the extra mile. I’ve dealt with a few different employees and still haven’t had a bad visit!”

“This pharmacy is a breath of fresh air. I was with PillPack by Amazon Pharmacy for many years. While the individual packets were extremely convenient, every time I needed to add or change a medication I was met with a ton of bureaucracy and back and forth between the pharmacy and my doctor to get all of their questions answered before my medication would be filled which could honestly take days severely delaying my care, not to mention I still have to wait for shipping.
After a situation where I desperately needed to start a new medication so I could feel like myself again and PillPack wouldn't fill it without talking to my doctor I contacted New City Pharmacy as I had an email from my doctor confirming that I was supposed to take this new drug alongside my existing one. They were extremely helpful in transferring my prescriptions from PillPack and had my new medication ordered and filled within a day. They then reached out to all of my doctors to get 90 day supply scripts for all of my various medications and helped me synchronize everything so they'll all renew at the same time.
The staff is extremely polite, they answer the phone right away every time I have to call which is rare these days especially when comparing to CVS or Walgreens who many times have you waiting 20-30 minutes. Now CVS doesn't even answer the phone and directs you to voicemail unless you pretend to be a prescriber, and in that case you still may get voicemail. I normally am in and out of the store with my meds in under 10 minutes, usually closer to 5.
This pharmacy is a huge breath of fresh air and I will never be going back to a big box or mail order pharmacies, mom and pop shops are the way to go!”

“I've been going to this particular ShopRite in Pearl River New York for over eight years. I give this establishment five stars the area that's located that only has a good amount of space but also it has a great small little food court area for people to be able to actually have prepared food and the diversity of cuisine that you can really choose from. The separation of organic and non-organic fruits and vegetables is well organized. I truly have enjoyed the small little bakery area as well as I've been able to enjoy the kind and efficient employees that work there as well too. I am also very happy to see how well they establish Meadow ShopRite has changed over the years going from its traditional cash register to know the touchpad and cashier free checkout service. The customer support team is very helpful so my overall view is four stars the only thing I would ask is that if they could be able to make more space for people to be able to move through the isles that would be very helpful.”

Staff here is pretty decent, most times you’ll need a manager for even the slightest pricing difference/ issue, kind of weird.
The only reason the pharmacy is not a 5/5 is due to the hours, and the unreliability of their drive thru pharmacy hours/ closures.

I just had the most disgusting experience with a member of their pharmacy.
She says her name is olivia, when I inquired. This woman is literally a nightmare to speak to.
She kept asking me the same question over and over again, and each time I answered and tried to answer, she yelled she understands.
This woman then went on a rant, and lashed out at me. Eventually I had to ask her why is she so angry? When she continued, I cussed her arse out too.
Her behavior was disgusting!
06/23 update: this store is definitely back to their usual frustrating ways, it was a good run while it lasted.
