“This review is so overdue, and I would leave 10 stars if I could! Abe resized my ring a couple months ago, and it was the best customer service experience I’ve had in a very long time. He was so welcoming, and made the experience very easy.
I needed my ring about half a size smaller, so Abe took my measurements, walked me through what would happen, and made sure I felt confident with the process before leaving. I also watched as he interacted with other customers - he is so personable and respectful to his clients.
I’ve never been to a jeweler before I went to him, but I don’t plan on ever going anywhere else! Absolutely would recommend him to anyone and everyone.”

“Wow!!! Absolutely completely impressed by my watch repair. My watch was received at Movado on January 16th and by the 29th I had my watch back on my hand looking brand new again. I live in Florida so I was expecting a much longer turnaround time, so to have my watch back on my hand two weeks after they received is very nice. I had the crystal Sapphire replaced and a complete latch replacement and not only was I impressed with the turnaround time but the repair cost was very very reasonable.”
