“I have worked with Adam from Fred Thomas Agency since 2023. I initially found out about him through reddit posts while I was doing my research on insurance agents in the area who worked with multiple carriers. Adam was highly recommended by a lot of people on reddit. I am so glad that I got a chance to work with him. He always found me the best rates and always gave me his honest opinion. He always went out of his way to help and made himself available even outside of office hours. For example, I had an accident on the way to the airport around 8 pm and just texted him to let him know and he called me right away to check on me and help me with the process of filing for the claim. I really cannot praise him enough for his level of patience. He always answered all my queries and helped me properly understand my policy and made sure to clear out any confusions that I may have before making any changes to my policy. He is very honest and always goes out of his way to help. I am just really sad that I won't have him as my agent anymore since I am moving to another state. I would always HIGHLY recommend him to anyone and everyone. I usually do not write reviews but I am so grateful to him so the least I could do before leaving is ensure that people know how great he is at what he does. Thank you for genuinely caring, Adam.
