Paid $6500 to have a new transmission put into my Jeep. When I picked up my jeep, the check engine light was still on. When I asked them why the check engine light was on they said they went through my Jeep with a fine tooth comb and could not figure out why. I could not get my Jeep inspected the following month due to this. I brought it to Bob Mariano and dropped it off for the day and they gave me a rental to use until they figured out what the problem was. In less than an hour, they called me and told me that when my transmission was replaced the second battery in my Jeep was not hooked back up. I paid $150 for Bob Mariano to tell me that the mechanics at AAMCO forgot to plug in the second little battery in my Jeep! If you need your transmission, replaced, go to your dealership! I will never go back to AAMCO again. Bob Mariano was way more knowledgeable and helpful.

The customer service at this location sucks. The person who answers the phone is the rudest I have ever seen, and I have seen many rude people.
He was yelling at me and hang up the calls. Even zero star is more for these guys. Worst place ever, don’t go here. You will regret.

AAMCO Transmissions & Total Car Care is the place to go!! After dropping my 18 year old car off on a holiday weekend to get looked at after it’s been sitting for a year, it is all fixed perfectly drivable not even a week later. The service was excellent and the price ($0) was even better. Head over to AAMCO if you need your vehicle fixed, touched up, or even looked at, they won’t disappoint!

There’s no 0 star option, I checked. They will take your money, not fix your car, and go through it to see what they can steal. Go literally anywhere else for anything you need.

Visited store with a transmission issue.They kept the car for two days (they informed me they will need to keep it only for a day) and informed me that the transmission was beyond repair and that they can install a refurbished one for $2.300,00!I took my car as it was and went to a local mechanic. Transmission had a bad pressure switch and a TCM (Transmission Control Module) and the car was repaired after a few hours for under 1.000,00!

Very good people, they did very good job on my car. I put a new differential, drive shaft and alternator, would definitely recommend to a friend for any sort of problem.
