I showed my heART here for one first Friday & the month after. Bryan & his partner were very nice.
Then I was supposed to show my art again last year & I got to the shop with my art all loaded into my friends car to be told
Last minute by another staff member that there was no room. After I had messaged a couple days before & was told to bring my art that day. Very unprofessional & discouraging .
And I showed at the pop up at lark fest for 2 years & then suddenly was ignored when I asked for a spot when it was being advertised that there were open spots. I didn’t do
Anything to warrant this mid treatment.
It was very discouraging & a waste of my very limited energy being a chronically sick person as well as the person who gave me a ride.
I have been literally traumatized about trying to show my art because it takes so much damn energy & I don’t want it to be wasted.
Thankfully Ithaca art shops have proven more reliable.

I've used alacrity for a few projects now and they're always great. They might not always be the cheapest option, but they definitely do the best job and offer the best help when working to make sure your framing project is exactly what you're looking for.

They were very helpful with designing the ideal frame for the artwork that I had. Great frame and mat choices. Very fair price. I will be sure to use them again in the future

I loved the number of options available. Great service when I wanted to frame a very important picture, the salesperson was very knowledgeable and made some great suggestions. It was very quick and it turned out even better than I anticipated.

Brian has done four projects for me now and each one has turned out amazing. He puts real thought into the work, with excellent execution, while also being fair and upfront about costs. Definitely recommend for anything you want to hang on your wall.

I got my wedding bouquet flowers framed at Alacrity and I couldn't be happier with the result. Beautiful work and a very wide selection of frames to choose from. i really love the feel of the shop, too. Definitely recommend for all your framing and special project needs!!
