Update 9/1 - - - Now they have taken my Credit Card info and are continuing to charge me for small charges.
8/22- - - Also, I’ve been trying to deal with my credit card to get my money back.
Offered a vehicle, was given a good deal, need to extend my vehicle just for one extra day, the Manager said it would be ONLY $100, and they charged me triple the amount…over $300 dollars…(yes I have text message and voicemail proof.)
I have been calling “corporate” to get this fixed with no help whatsoever.
I call once a week, for four weeks, each person saying “they have the ability to fix this”… now they say “it’s out of our hands. You have to wait until somebody else calls you. And we cannot give you their contact info.””it’s the Manager at that location that is the problem…” shifting blame….
Try not to do business with Alamo! I’ll update if I get anywhere with them.

Rented from Alamo in the Albany, NY airport. Very easy process and super sweet people working there! Very helpful with everything. Car smelled good and had plenty of room. Highly recommend!

The vehicle we rented was not drivable and we had to interrupt our vacation to make a vehicle exchange which was very inconvenient.

Best experience ever at an airport car rental! Fully automated, so the checkin process was quick, moving about 5 people thru in 10 minutes! Meanwhile the lines at other agencies counters were at least an hour long. Also, very impressed with the friendliness of the staff!

The original car I rented had a recall issue. They brought a replacement vehicle to me at a restaurant...where I was with my family. That really made me feel like they cared.
