Senior lunches are good but portions are a bit smaller than filling. The indoor pool needs fixing but no one can figure out how to raise the money quickly. More programming is needed.

My family has a membership here and we love the convenient location. I like the outdoor pool in the summer and my partner and teenage son like the gym. They offer programming for seniors and kids, and the basketball gym gets a fair amount of traffic if you're interested in that.

Great work out room , Also love the indoor pool because of how warm it is. Wish though that the pool was 25 meters.

Weekly Fitness training with Clayton is amazing; great variety of weekly exercises for targeted areas and a lot of fun. The time flies by!

Good community center with two outdoor pools and one indoor. Well equiped fitness facility. Needs some updating. A variety of group exercise classes available, which are included with your membership.

Employees have inappropriate relationships, don't do their jobs, aren't monitoring children, don't fill out incident reports or give first aid when kids get hurt. Complete waste of money...

Mega points for being reasonably priced for a couple and having three pools: one indoor and two outdoor (one of the outdoor pools is for the kiddos). The indoor pool is on the small side, but it's also (as far as I know) the only indoor pool that doesn't require an apartment lease or hotel room booking within the city of Albany, which makes it the biggest indoor pool in town. The gym facilities also look pretty extensive, but I haven't actually come for the gym yet -- I'm in it for the swimming. The staff I've interacted with have been universally nice and helpful. My biggest complaint would be that the indoor pool closes so early, I assume for staffing reasons. Also, keep in mind that they require you to reserve your lane ahead of time for the indoor pool. I like the policy, since it saves you from going to the gym, getting changed and showering only to realize that there are no free lanes, but if you like to be more spontaneous about your workouts the JCC pool might not be for you.

Like family, I love them. Desk attendants are the best..aquatics including the guards and Rossie are top notch and I am missing everyone...including the people in the fitness center including Chris and all the other staff....too numerous to name. Thanks for all you've done, are doing and will do to keep us safe and fit!
