Ambiance Florals & Events is a local florist serving Albany, NY and the surrounding areas. I needed to send a sympathy arrangement, and first called The Enchanted Florist. That was a horrible experience, so I was sad and in a very bad mood when I called Ambiance Florals. They were wonderful - very helpful, kind and thoughtful. I cannot thank them enough.
