Josh helped me set up a new contract plan to transition from my prepaid so that I could get the iPhone 15 pro max I wanted! Apple was unable to assist me due to my plan type when I tried a few days ago and I was super disheartened.I’m so glad I decided to drop into AT&T while at the mall today. Everyone kept telling me to switch to Spectrum due to plan cost. As most know though, you get what you pay for.I love my phone and I’m so excited to have the plan I need with the provider I’ve loved for 19 years now! Thanks again Josh, I wish I could give ten stars!

Josh was amazing!! We switched from Verizon and he really hooked us up. His customer service was great and normally we dread going into any phone service stores…. we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you Josh!!

Absolutely amazing! The people who work here we’re super friendly and helpful this has been the best experience I’ve had at AT&T. Josh and Anne deserve a raise if I could do more than 5 stars I would!

I went into the AT&T store at Colonie center with a problem basically I created bit the staff there was very nice. The store was clean. I spoke with Jason, who was very professional, knowledgeable, and very patient with me. most times when I go to the phone stores it can be very frustrating but this actually was a really nice experience hands-down it was it was a great store.

The help I received at this location was nothing less than amazing. All 3 employees were very helpful and made it seamless and easy to upgrade my phone and take care of my billing issues. I highly recommend going to this store for any of your AT&T needs!

Jeremy was beyond professional and helpful getting me the accessories I needed. I am truly considering switching to AT&T in the near future simply because of the customer service. If you need someone who knows what they’re doing, go see him he is beyond knowledgeable in his field.

This store is run by liars! We asked a question and the employee straight up lied to us and claimed that his boss supported the lie. (Spoke to another AT&T store and they confirmed that what we were told was in fact, a lie). The employee also added a bunch of additions to our account without explaining what they were or asking our permission; additions that added money to our monthly bill. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!! They only care about the commission and not about the customers they are serving!!

I had great customer service at the store today. Jeremy was extremely helpful and made my visit smooth and simple. It was the easiest, and most enjoyable visit to an AT&T store I’ve ever had. I had my son with me, so he was very respectful of my time and getting us out of there and my son to his nap!

Fraud central. Nothing but lies and deciet. They push you into new lines saying you get "better deals" than upgrades when ALL DEALS ARE THE SAME. They just get paid more for new lives are are pressured by district management to use "grey areas" to lie and push you into things that aren't needed. You can ask to be put on a low price plan with no insurance and you end up with insurance on the highest cost plan because again, they get paid more. The district manager pushes employees to use fraud by trying to get people to change their phone number. I 100% walked out after I heard that the DISTRICT MANAGER was coaching the STORE MANAGER to try to get me to change my number to avoid doing an upgrade. I used to work for t mobile and I know how this all works. I know the lingo. I know the process. I also know what fraud is and THIS is fraud
