I brought my mom in to get a new phone. She's over 55 and she's a physician's assistant and we always had T-Mobile after Sprint.
Not only did we get $1,000 discount for turning in an old Samsung Galaxy S4 on a brand new s25 ultra.
The no pressure staff went to Great Lengths to explain all the information and answer all the questions my mom had. We went back to T-Mobile to check it out to make sure she wasn't going to be better off where she was and they literally told us to go back to AT&T and that the deal was the best they've heard of...
We got back there 5 minutes after 8:00 and even though they were closed they opened the door for us and took the time to help Mom through a couple phone changes purchasing the phone and getting her set up.
They even found further discounts for her as a first responder...
AT&T has restored my faith in phone companies this location was clean fully stocked they had all the phone options we wanted and they did everything they needed to make the experience spectacular and get the job done

I got a new phone last night at att at Crossgates Mall And The service Jamel provided was exceptional. He was extremely helpful and patient in transferring my information from a cracked and funky iPhone 11 and he helping me to choose a compatible phone for me. I would recommend his services to anyone!!! Excellent service, kind and personable. Pleasurable experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I visited the store for two days to join in my friends line, they are not clear about the requirements when we need to join the line and the manager behavior was rude and they are not able to tell us any information and even the person who dealed with us regarding behaved very rash like moved away when we are sitting at one place they said to , they are not showing any respect towards customers and behaving rude , this made you to switch to another line , all members in the line decided to switch to another network because of not providing proper customer service especially in this store , I would not recommend anyone to join AT&T , because such a poor customer service

Came to this store for iPhone 15 for $5.99.
Not all stores have this deal (small stores don’t) had to go to Albany to get this deal…Isaiah assisted me with the phone. Very helpful and extremely informative and easy to talk to…. I had old phone 7 wanted to upgrade to 15. Loyal customer with AT&T service to begin with but had to adjust and make some change's on my plan to get the iPhone 15 for $5.99. what I truly loved about this store the workers help their team , they looked out for each other and make sure the customer understands everything. There’s always someone on the floor who can help you, unless helping other customers. They are all so friendly & helpful and just a great group that works at this store!!! 🤗. Thank you AT&T for your service…

The store was a bit busy for a Sunday, although the wait was only ~5 minutes. The team member was professional, he listened, then set-up my new phone along with syncing the new watch to it very quickly from my older devices. Nice experience, thank you.

My old phone was crushed and I got a replacement, Briana was the best. She was able to sync my apple watch to my iphone and now it works the way I want, before it wasn’t synced. She helped me for over 40mins with her smiling face and answered my questions. It’s my one and only At&t store and with good employees.

Donte helped us and he was so attentive and knowledgeable of everything from a genuine greeting at the front entrance to explaining all the the features and benefits of the phones and plans. He made our experience switching to AT&T top notch. I highly recommend asking for him when visiting the AT&T store at Crossgates

Dontay was very swift and polite with helping me out. Not only was he able to assist me with multiple issues he was also able to train his associate Brina at the same time. Very pleased with the service.
