“My car was badly damaged when I hit a deer downstate on a Saturday. Beaver Body & Paint was open until 6 pm, allowing me ample time to tow my car there. They did such an amazing job from start to finish, I will never go to another body shop. The repairs were fast, excellently done, and extremely fair in price. Ali took such great care of me and made sure answer all my questions at every step along the repair process. Even when my insurance was frustrating me, Ali made me feel like it was going to be okay with his kind, calm, professional demeanor. They even detailed my car for me and helped to replace a missing side mirror cover at a price far less than a dealership had quoted me a year ago. I can't say enough good things about Beaver Body & Paint, they really are the best.”

“Had a noise in C class RV at a certain speed. Long drive shaft 2 piece, They found it was twisted a bit, They cut the tubing out put heavier wall in with all new Spicer joints. Did this all in 2 days. Solved my problem”

“My experience today was great. I went to the location on Western Ave and they did not have my wiper blade in stock. The gentleman there was very helpful, looked in the back, and called Central Ave to see if it was in stock. I went to Central Ave and Jake knew what I was there for, pulled the blade from stock, rang me up, and offered to install the blade for me. He came out to my car and put the blade on. I offered him a tip and he refused. I don’t normally leave reviews but, I was so blown away with the level of service. Thanks AutoZone and thanks Jake at the Central Ave. store.”

“Wow, I really wish we'd found this place 6 months ago. They did outstanding work restoring the suspension on our van (a small RoadTrek RV built on a Chevy 3500 van chassis). From the initial estimate, which involved putting it on a lift so we could get under it for a good long look, to picking it up, everything they did was first-rate, professional, and on-time. They said they'd need it for 5 days, and that's exactly what happened. A couple minor, unrelated things that needed fixed, they just took care of. They put it up on the lift again to show me what they'd done.It was a big job, involving undoing some earlier work that turned out to be a disaster, but now we have a lift kit, air bags, new springs, etc., all very cleanly installed and the van drives and tows like a dream. (We weren't sure we'd ever feel safe driving it again after the earlier work by someone else, but now we have no doubts.) They were very good at communicating what was going on, and invited us to drop by anytime to see the progress. We'll definitely be using them again.”

“Had a great experience here on a few days ago. It was very cold and snowy, and the drivers side wiper blade had split and wasn't clearing the windshield...making it really difficult to see while driving. We went to our local store on Delaware Avenue in Albany, NY to get new blades. The guy at the cash register ran out into the snow to check our car before I completed the purchase to make sure they would fit, and then offered to install them. It wasn't an easy install, because our 2023 Honda Accord has a part on the arm that got in the way. They were surprised, but helped me get a set of blades that would work. Mason, in particular, worked spent extra time in the cold getting them installed, but there were a couple others who helped out. So, I just want to recommend this store, if you live in the area. Five stars from me. :-)”
