Thanks to the manager for installing my new wipers. I never knew how to replace them. He came out and put them on no fuss no muss.
Also the nice cashier who looked up what I needed and went and got them for me. Felt so good to get them working right.

I bought wiper blades for my car at the Latham AutoZone. I didn’t ask for any install help cause I figured I could do it on my own. However, three YouTube videos later and 25 minutes trying to figure out why the rear wiper blade won’t attach to the insert that the very poorly written directions indicate are sided to attach, I gave up and drove to the AutoZone down the street for me. I walked in and the gentleman, Lucas, immediately said oh rear wiper blades are the worst. He offered to come and help me. I don’t know if he was struggling to make me feel better, but it took him a few minutes to get it to fit properly as well. Regardless of whether he was really struggling or was just trying to make me feel better, it made me feel a lot better. He was able to show me how to do the front blades as well and we were done within two minutes. Lucas was professional, kind, courteous, and, again, he made me feel better about the fact that as a fairly well educated person, I still couldn’t figure out how to get this stupid rear wiper blade to be replaced. Whatever employee recognition there might be, I hope Lucas gets something for helping me out. I’ll definitely be back when the need arises.

My car battery died just earlier today and I was able to get it changed within a couple hours. My actual experience here took maybe 20 minutes, quick and easy. Everyone was friendly and very helpful, especially Ron who actually installed the new battery. Very much a relief for my holiday traveling

It is an excellent place to find what you need regarding your vehicle. You can find many parts. It is an excellent place. I love going to the autoszone. They have good parking space. Parking for disabled people.

5 stars for the location, not the website. Ordered wiper blades using the online part finder based on make, model and year. Arrived at store and picked them up. Tried to install but the clips didn't match up. A young man who was helping another customer stopped and told me they were the wrong version, directed me to the correct set, returned the wrong wipers, dug through the trash to fund my receipt (I told them I didn't need receipt, my bad) and finished off the transaction. Excellent service.

That entrance off Western Avenue, with its immediate zig-zag into the parking lot, is a nuisance. Other than that, I had no problems inside the store. They have a well-stocked, well-organized inventory, and I'm glad that brand assistance can be done scanning QR codes these days. Checkout was fine. I didn't require assistance while I was there, but I did see one of the staff putting new wiper blades on some other customer's car when I pulled in, so there's that. I'm not sure if the prices are standard versus competitive, but for me, the location is very convenient.
