My experience today was great. I went to the location on Western Ave and they did not have my wiper blade in stock. The gentleman there was very helpful, looked in the back, and called Central Ave to see if it was in stock. I went to Central Ave and Jake knew what I was there for, pulled the blade from stock, rang me up, and offered to install the blade for me. He came out to my car and put the blade on. I offered him a tip and he refused. I don’t normally leave reviews but, I was so blown away with the level of service. Thanks AutoZone and thanks Jake at the Central Ave. store.

Be careful when swapping broken NEW purchased parts, especially when there is a core part on hold in the process. I explained the issue and what happened, few times. The front guy didn’t care about any of it because the way it got registered in their system. It was “too confusing” for him. I couldn’t process the core refund when I have proof for everything processed.

I was at the 1789 central Ave location in Albany. And Jake helped me so much. He didn't hesitate to come out while it was raining and changed my front bulb for me. He was great.

I hate to admit it but I work for the competition and I need a few things in a few occasions and you were closer . On both occasions I get some bad vibes that the counter help is kind of annoyed waiting in people .no please , no thank you , just walked away . Good thing for you guys is I won’t be trying to steal your help lol .
