It was a little difficult to find. I walked past the building it's located in twice. The building is an old structure, probably built in the late 1800s or early to 1900s. Of course I am used to seeing the modern bank structures and this one just didn't fit that description. It's gorgeous and grand.

I am filing a formal Complaint Against Bank of America at 69 State street. Either the Indian Lady at the front is Racist or blatantly dismissive. Reached the Bank at 2:30; asked the lady if someone could see me to do a simple wire Transfer. She told me there is one person working and the person had an appointment. Ok.. But she made no connect with the person to confirmor deny an Appointment. She insisted that it's late and I could go to Lobby and wait. At this point I see she's steering me away; so came out; made a call to the bank around the Corner. Went back inside the bank and saw four people sitting at thier desk. A lady walked by said hello and told me the bank will be closing Anyway; the same dismiss attitude, seems like the culture overthere. .Frank was very Nice to Accommodate me though His Associate had an Appointment ; he communicated to me of what the situation was, if he can take me or not and that's All I needed.. just communicate and Let me know either way as a preferred Member. Don't brush me off or treat me with Suspicion because I'm a big Black Man or I wasn't wearing the right clothes!.

FYI the ATM is located in a lobby to the left of the main entrance. It's the door that says Merrill Lynch.

As a manager at a local business, they have seriously screwed up overnight bank deposits. Seriously That said, the architecture on both the building's exterior and interior is beautiful. Giant paintings adorn the walls inside of the branch. Some serious history in that place.

Longest.waits.ever They have a max of 2 tellers at any given time of the day. Not productive in a busy downtown setting with multiple state and county workers in the area. Only BOA in walking distance of my job so I am forced to go here. I always try to use the ATM to avoid the long wait time. ATM is down at times or I need to do something else I can't at the ATM, so I am forced to go inside. Tellers are friendly, so that's why the 2 star rating.

Not the worst BOA, not the best. It is spectacularly beautiful inside, but that is history, BOA didn't do that. Pros- Usually small lines and efficient tellers Very nice inside and large Cons- Only one ATM, which sometimes is mobbed Hours are meh like all BOA branches.
