Such a pleasant experience. I wish I got the woman’s name who helped with my cashiers check so I could mention it here- she was lovely and very helpful!

My experience here has always been positive, until today. The teller I usually see is an absolute gem and deserves a raise. The teller I saw today, Drishawn, was one of the rudest teller's I've ever encountered. I asked for a withdrawal, and the entire time he is sighing and rolling his eyes at me. I asked him to repeat a question as I didn't hear him, and he shakes his head and rolls his eyes at me again. Then he tells me my math is wrong, and when I explained to him why it was correct, he huffs and tosses my cash through the glass. No goodbye, no eye contact. If you are hard of hearing and Drishawn is working, you'll have better service at the ATM. I hope my usual teller is there next time. Ill have to leave her a shout-out here next time I see her.

This location sucks! The ATM barely works and the employees are rude. They literally skipped me in line as if I was really invisible. About to close my whole account with them!

Very poor location and neighborhood. They were unable to provide answers or services in person despite speaking prior and confirming over the phone. Not impressed with this location.

best bankIt's the best branch in Albany, I went there and I'm not fluent, English, and without an appointment and I was hesitant, with poor language, until someone asked me how to help you and he was long-minded, respectful, and he started speaking so well and slowly to understand him, and he explained to me in several different ways to make sure I understood Well what I want, and when we finished, he repeated everything he said We're done for a few minutes this is how real customer service is, this is how it gives a good impression of the community to tourists and others, thank you manager PHILIP GELETA for helping me

BOA on central Ave. I like, the most. It's convenient. I also had a professional conversation with 1 of the representative. And she was so helpful. I'm upset, I can't sit down and talk about my goals, plans for 2021 and forward.

First and last time I will ever use this branch. Zero stars. I arrived 9:50 am and waiting until 10 when doors opened (even tho sign says opens 9am). I handed $3703 in mixed bills to teller to deposit. She asked how much it was I said I wasn't a sure and asked her to double check before I write on the deposit slip. She said I had to count it first. She proceeded to mix all the different denomonations of bills together while counting and told me sh got $3200. I said that's off by a lot and she gave me all the money back and said double check so I did. I counted 3200 in front of her and showed how much she was off by. Then she said I was being disrespectful and refused to deposit my money and started yelling in front of the crowded line of customers that she would not deposit my money and told The next customer to step up to her counter. Manager got involved told me to leave and use another branch. I said this is only branch I can use today and said I have to deposit this here today. He eventually let me deposit after pleading my case. This teller does not belong in a bank or at any face to face customer service job.

Although I came from out of town to purchase a car just down the road from your location, when I came in here to withdraw some money from my account, I actually went up to a teller. I was needing $50 so I thought I couldn't use the ATMs - as most just have $20s in them. However, as the teller processed the transaction, she gently made me aware that the ATMs at this small mall-branch actually have $10s as well in them. When I got there, there weren't too many people standing in line waiting (I was the only one waiting for a teller when everyone else was at the tellers themselves). I ended up waiting there for less than 5 minutes. I don't know too much how many times they have lines (like Steve mentioned in 2015), but it sure seemed that it wasn't that way in my transaction yesterday). The transaction was rather easy, and what made it simpler and less stressful on inputting of my car details, was that these card machines (Bank of America uses their debit cards to pull up your account) accepted contactless forms such as Apple Pay (something I enjoy using and have been since my card isn't working as well these days (just waiting for the card's expiration and for the bank to send me a new one under their decision)) and Samsung/Android Pay.) I wasn't thrilled that there's only two tellers here, however - nor that the start of the line terminates at another teller window which only works the business end of processing. Perhaps simplifying the line here might work now and face it closer to the two tellers themselves. This isn't in the best location, but there is enough signage from the road mentioning there's one here, I knew it from passing it on the highway from my trips down this main-access road (Central Ave (because there are many in Albany)). But you did make some great informative moves to let me know and I love the communication of this information. Was debating whether this next information should be a Yelp tip or not: There's actually a door that leads right into Hannaford just as you enter/leave the inside of this location - something I don't generally find in many Bank of America locations. That's a definite plus in my book (never shopped this Hannaford, but I do know about it - sort-of).
