Be very careful! I bought a $27 frying pan a few days ago and, when I took the packaging off and went to wash it, noticed that the handle is loose. I tried tightening it with a screwdriver, but no luck. So, I tried to exchange it. After I asked to see a manager, I could have exchanged it for another one ... but there weren't any more. There's nothing they'll do to help you out.Just be sure to look everything you might buy over VERY WELL before purchasing, because you will be stuck with whatever you get.

BB&B on Wolf Rd in Colonie is closing in SIX more days (Sunday, 6/25/23). I'm going to miss this store . There's still a fair amount of merchandise on the shelves, all 60% off. Think Christmas gifts 2023 ?.

Went during the closing sale and there is actually a fair amount of inventory. A lot of outdoor/summer items, good amount of pots/pans and dishes as well as bedding. Tons of beauty items remain in stock. Very busy when I went and the lines were long but not terrible. Discount was only between 10-20% but that may change as the closing sales continue. Sad to see the end of an era.

Disappointed with product availability. What was necessary wasn't in stock and ordering through customer service was found as unavailable as well. Customer service at this location was outstanding... 5 stars! The store seems trying. Just unfortunate that things are beyond their kind attempt. The company itself is becoming a sad state of affairs. I feel terrible for the employees doing their best.

What is going on?! The worst BBB in the area. No music playing to make the shopping experience just a tad bit better, nothing on shelves! Selection sucks! Eerie. Close it or fix it.

I went in here was ready to purchase a couple items but had to leave when one of the cashiers took so long with one customer that I had to leave. I'm not even sure she knew how to work the register. Now I can see why they close down so many of these bed bath & beyonds and it's a shame because I used to love this place.

Not as nice as it used to be. Not enough staff for people looking for things and needing assistance. Although it's holiday time there weren't a lot of people shopping. There are a lot of things to shop for - good selection. Prices somewhat hirer than other places.

For such a populous area you’d think they’d be better stocked. Severely underserved and always a bummer. This is also a perfect example of how Amazon has all but ravaged smaller metropolitan areas. I hate everything.

Spacious store. Plenty of sales going on. I particularly enjoy rummaging through the clearance section. Check out is fast.

The shelves were very empty, they relocated everything making it difficult to find what you need. Cashiers stood around while at least 6 customers stood in line. Not at all a mystery as to why they are doing so poorly.
