Would give 0 stars if I could. I get a debit card that they then restrict because I opened the account online. So basically I have a checking account that only does deposits, with no ability to withdraw. Mobile deposit gets released then they decide to review it for 3 more days

Worst customer service of any company I've ever dealt with. I've been waiting for a call for about 6 months! now I'm trying to just payoff loan so I don't ever have to deal with them. Via email "auto response" said to just get a 10 day payoff will "hopefully" take 3 to 5 days!?!? I'm attaching some pics of a post they had on Facebook that I commented on. They said leave your number and we will call you. I did and not only did I not get a call they removed entire post!? They have no sympathy for Covid victims which I explain in post on Facebook which they took down.

Everyone here goes way out of their way to make you feel welcome. I came here from Pioneer because Pioneer signed me up from a free checking to premium checking without my consent. Never going back

Horrible bankt hey baited me in and payed me for opening an account and then took all the money back by charging me a bogus late fees
