Joined Best Fitness with high hopes and was particularly excited about the promised sauna installation - one of the main reasons I chose to sign up. Unfortunately, after considerable time, the sauna remains absent and my expectations remain unmet. A recurring issue I've encountered is the shortage of weights. During my workouts, I often find myself searching for plates, only to have the ones I've already collected taken when I turn my back. This not only disrupts my routine but also creates an environment of inconvenience and frustration. Moreover, the treadmills are programmed to run for only 25 minutes before automatically shutting off. While this may seem like a minor inconvenience to some, for those who are aiming for longer, uninterrupted cardio sessions, it becomes a significant hurdle. Adding to my list of disappointments, the chest press machine, essential for many, has been malfunctioning for over a year. It's stuck in a position that hinders a full range of motion, making effective workouts nearly impossible on that equipment. Billing and membership cancellation practices have especially been less than transparent. I found it particularly challenging to navigate through their procedures, which feels more obfuscated than necessary. In summary, while Best Fitness might have potential, my personal experience has been marred by unkept promises and equipment inadequacies. I believe that potential members should be aware of these issues before making a commitment.

I’ve been a member never since 2018. Even when I moved away for some time and came back, this is still the same gym I sign up at. The equipment is great and it’s layout is very spacious. The staff is very friendly and I’ve had really good experiences with personal trainers and classes!! Points for adding the boxing bag and training :)

I’ve been a member here for 3 years and it’s been the best 3 years of my life!! This gym has everything I need and the staff is great! The manger Steven is awesome except for the fact he’s an eagles fan

i joined this gym last semester and it has been amazing! its close to campus and the equipment is great. staff is great too l, the manager is a big bodybuilder!! like cbum!!

Not a friendly environment here tbh. A lot of insecure men workout here. Not the vibe you’ll enjoy if you’re an outsider unless you’re uncultured. One time I was in my tank top minding my own business by the dumbells and some D bag old white man kept giving me death stares so I felt super uncomfortable. It’s not worth me getting into a fight with others so I kept my head down and avoided the weirdo. I guess if you’re brown or olive skinned short man with hand tattoos and you look like you’re on the juice then this gym is not for you. I get judged heavily due to how my physique looks compared to other people especially at judgemental commercial gyms that aren’t bodybuilding friendly. I will not be going to this location ever again.

My trainer got fired...My trainers, Boss was let go. And my personal trainer membership was for 6months and was continuously charged after the member ship was suppose to be complete. I got 2 refunds and just changed my bank account before they charged me...just to refund me AGAIN.

Good Lord, replace and get new equipment. This place has some of the oldest, unsafe equipment I have ever seen. Don't bother lifting anything heavy on this equipment, it will wobble and might break on you. Totally unsafe and unprofessional. Gym carries 'matrix' brand, one of the cheapest low grade commercial equipment brands in 2023. This gym desperately needs a whole overhaul of new equipment. If I had to guess, this equipment is over 20 years old. It's time to replace! When you replace and get Cybex or any lifefitness branded equipment, I'll remove this post. Until then, shame on you. It's cheeper to replace equipment then it is to settle an injury lawsuit.

I absolutely love Jah-heem and his instruction in the groupfit classes! His intention behind making sure your form is correct and his ability to make his way around the room, makes me feel as though I can take the techniques outside and workout alone.High energy and great vibes! This gym is amazing. The staff is always welcoming and very friendly. The gym is always clean and has lost of wonderful equipment. There is a great range of workout classes and opportunities to further your fitness journey. I recommend this gym without a doubt, best gym that I have been in.
