We got this place due to the indoor \\\"heated\\\" pool and its location/pricing. It was too good to be true. The rooms were dingy and smelled awful. The pool area felt about 40 degrees or less. It was like standing outside in winter. The pool was freezing!! The kids shivered as did I and I was clothed on a chair. I made them get out and we checked out in less than an hr of checking in. It took 2 weeks to get a refund and many of phone calls. Also I was changed over $70 when the woman in the phone told me $54.xx. The manager was rude on the phone.

Decent budget hotel. Wasn't looking for more than a reasonable place to sleep while attending a conference. Room was well appointed (including small microwave and refrigerator). Pool was in a nice indoor courtyard. (No hot tub, though.) Breakfast is where Best Western shines, eggs and meat, pastries & bagels, cereals and made-to-order waffles.

Old, outdated and falling apart. The furniture looked like it was salvaged from a tornado and the rooms are hideous. Would never recommend this place to an enemy. The only saving Grace was how nice and understanding the staff at the front desk was. If you plan on staying here, save your money and buy a tent. You will be happier.

Friendly, helpful staff. Pleasant lobby with complimentary coffee and tea always available. Our guestroom was attractively decorated and had plenty of outlets for electronics. Good variety of food at the complimentary breakfast. Airport shuttle service was prompt and efficient.

Rooms were decent and nice breakfast selection. Tub water does not get warm and has a stop in the handle to prevent the water getting warm to hot. They do have hot water however, sink water gets hot.

The room was simply awful: Reeked of smoke, the mattress was hard as a rock, the AC unit made a terrible noise. Kids were running up and down the hallway, people in the rooms were yelling at each other (Full blow fights, it was like a welfare hotel).

I love everything about this Hotel like the location, pool, staff, cleanliness is great. The bed is very comfortable and I also love the fact that they provide a microwave and a fridge in the room. I real definitely stay there again.

Rarely do I give a 2 -- but this place is a 2! Check in -- staff talking among themselves about the customer in front of them; area too small for 3 check in people -- so easy to hear all conversations. Attitude was present; they need training. Breakfast area was mopped leaving dead bugs on floor. Room was not refreshed/cleaned. Mattresses were really old and flimsy. Outside look like a construction project. Cars hanging out in back of hotel (seem like a drug deal) - hotel doors not locked--anyone could walk in. Rugs need major cleaning-- do it in sections if you have to... Loud with highway behind hotel. Loud with banging, not sure if working on hotel or just average activity at hotel. Sorry though this was a very good price; wish I spent just a few more bucks for consistency and quality at another property. Pool was clean, but area around pool very slippery-- and lights turned off 90 min prior to pool closing due to guest rooms surrounding pool area (or so was told by front desk) Pet friendly - -but they charge by the day; we spent 2 nights but was charged 3 days. No pet odor however in rooms - that's a positive. Small bathroom with old fixtures -low water pressure and not so great amenties. Location on Wolf Road positive -- but with at least 5 other properties on Wolf Road would choose differently next time

We chose this hotel as it was near the airport. We had mice in our room which was terrible as we couldn't sleep thinking about it. We heard them munching and couldn't figure out where they were. We saw in the morning they were eating the sugar packets for the coffee machine. We informed the management in the morning and were told that they would adjust the billing and contact us. No one did. We emailed them and then phoned to the general manager and still have not received a reply after leaving a detailed message and phone number....

So disappointed. The staff was supportive, helpful, and friendly. But the facility was worn down and in ill repair. I heard critters running around in the ceiling. (Yes, they gave me a different room.) The carpeting is worn. My refrigerator didn't work. The plug in the tub was broken. And the electrical outlets were so loose that my chargers wouldn't stay plugged in; they kept falling out. Three place was clean but when my flight was cancelled and I realized I had to stay another night I changed hotels. So glad I did.

Friendly service. This hotel was clean, I loved the chair/ottoman with the king sized bed. The heat was easily adjusted. The bed was comfortable. The only "disappointing" feature was the water stains and the hole gap by the sprinkler in the bathroom ceiling. It was nice to have almond milk at the roomy breakfast area.

Great location. Whole Foods, PF Chang's, Starbucks and other nice eating spots. Lots of shopping nearby and easy on/off of I-87.

There was little water pressure, the beds were worn out and we could feel every spring, a breaker blew when I used the hair dryer, and the toilet clogged. The pool also had no towels for us to use. When they finally brought towels, there weren't enough for everyone. Otherwise, the staff were friendly, helpful, and the breakfast provided was pretty good. The security in the building could be improved. Our wing required no key card access, so anyone could just walk into the building. The hotel is in a great spot, with restaurants and shopping very close by.
