If allowed, I would be given Boost Mobile a 0, and while not specifically geared toward any store, this review, posted from photos I posted of my review on consumer affairs, is so disturbing, that I wonder the state of employees working that have no real concern for security breaches, despite what they tell you. While the review below in the photo part, is lengthy, and overlapping in places, I truly trust that people will seriously at least investigate this matter on your own, before even considering continuing with BM, or even deciding to go on board with them. I whole heartedly believe that BM will suffer an onslaught of compromised accounts, regardless of their assurances. In the end, after my complaint, my processed order was cancelled without so much as giving me a legitimate reason, but my numerous concerns about the matters described below. In researching, your own answers will reveal all that I did! And smartly, you will find another carrier; that is not BM; a very wise decision!
P.S. I tried publishing this with photos, but there seems to be an issue when uploading. I will give it a day to see if the uploads respond, if not, I’ll rewrite the review in the photos below soon.
P.S.S. You can actually tap the first photo and then swipe left if it says uploading and you can review my post, or keep scrolling down below to see the review. Lmk if you experience problems and I will repost without it being photos of my review. Thanks.

Helpful but Boost corporate does not give retail store much powers to solve tech issues or customer issues.

I was treated very well, here. I switched from another carrier to Boost within minutes. This store made it so easy, and I walked out with a brand new, much faster, free phone. Thank you!

Thier service pertaining to data connection is terrible. When sprint use to own these guys, it was better. Now since dish bought them, their tower connections are extremely inferior. They have good deals for low price data plans though. Thats the only thing keeping this company alive in my opinion, and the only reason it gets 2 stars instead of one.

Be careful here. Very shady stuff they over price and try to not give you a receipt. They lie and come up with all types of surcharges . My guess is they are pocketing the cash Every time they over charge customers. The guy "mo" said they aren't allowed to sell you a phone unless they activate it on the premises. Which a boost representative said that's not their polocy. My husband went in to buy a phone and have his existing boost phone number transfered over to the new phone. The man charged him 140$ for a 69$ phone that has been on sale nationwide at all boost locations and online. He told my husband that he couldn't get the sale price of 69$ and still keep his number. He has to pay full price for the phone to keep your existing boost nunber??? I was on the phone with a boost representative while he went back to the store. The representative told me that the gentleman is wrong and should of not charged him full price nor should he have told my husband he couldn't keep his existing boost number. Her exact words were" sounds very fishy" so in 15 years of being a boost customer this is the 1st time we had such nonsense from a boost retailer. Sounds like because my husband doesn't know much about phones and the process they tried to take advantage of him. Not cool at all. Boost is crediting my husband's next bill because of this nonsense

They just got to stop treating IT workers like slaves you don't need to spy on them or everyday all day Ubi what are you going to do watch every move they make treat your employees right don't treat them like slaves stop staring at him for hours and out of time let them take a break let them use the phone let's play a game let them play any kind of music you want because without them having fun you can't have employees or customers
