Very helpful answering customer questions with problems related to Boost having tech problems .
Since I became a new customer 5 months ago, I keep running out of high speed data toward the end of the month, even though I am on a $40 dollar plan, which gives me 15 gigs of high speed data.
My phone indicates from my Settings that I only used about 1.5 Gigs, but I can't use my Internet, I only can use my call feature !
This happens every month !
I called Boost customer service and they say they are having tech problems , but it will take about 2 days to fix my loss of my high speed data !
The customer service representative stated that many customers are experiencing this horrible issue !!!
The rep stated she would give me $40 credit for next month and promised me that she would send in a Service
Ticket to her tech department, so it would get fixed permanently and no more crisis at the end of each month again !
I asked her are you sure because I am ready to blow a gasket !
She assured me that my recurring horror story would be fixed and to call back in 24 hours to double check on how fast the repair is being made and get a Status.
So I will call at noon today and see how Boost is doing fixing my problems.
I am not happy with Boost corporate team on how they respond to customers problems . They should give customer service more powers to help customers. Right now I get the feeling that customers get a big run a round.
If my problem is not fixed later today I will go to Verizon or T mobile and see if they can give me good service each month without my getting high speed data that I pay for.

Never going back in there they are horrible me and my cousin pay our phone bill there never put the money through had a receipt and all charge me $2more dollars to turn our phone on after we paid our bill just bad business

My dad and aunt came in to set up my dad's new phone since he lost his on the train to Oregon and Kaitln the worker at this store went above and beyond to help my family set up his new phone along with transferring his old number and she even set up his Gmail and help with everything.This woman needs a raise.If I could give her more then 5 stars ⭐ I would give her 10

Not bad; a little hood, but manageable. Dispite what others have said, the guy there was actually pretty nice on the 3 occasion I have been there for my gf’s phone. He made switching to boost fairly painless on my third visit.
