Worst accounting firm I have had for my business. I am on my 3rd generation book keeper in 8 months since they had a lot of turnover. One of her employees called Liz likes to fight with customers even when her performance was very poor. Kristen only cares about making money and not providing a good service. Granted Kristen is a good sales person but she will not deliver. She is all talk. She will tell you sad stories about how she can’t keep her employees and how hard is to train them to justify her poor performance. I do not recommend BST and in particular Kristen’s team. She will try to sell you more features when she can’t even deliver on the basics that you pay for.

I own a company with over 100 employees and reached out to BST for assistance. Response was from company was to decline business after providing pricing with statement we are not a good fit. Crazy world we live in today.
