These freaking People are so Rude Customer Service is Slow the Cashier doesn't even wanna be there our Cashier forgot to take out the Check point off the Item we Beeped instead of help Resolve the the worker was looking at us & asked if we had a Receipt before taking off the Checkpoint off the Product we bought allot just wanted to Support the Store. Also I missed the one in Crossgates

I enjoyed going to my favorite store. It currently has a clearance sale in addition to a 20 percent off. They will move to a better location and their last day will be on April 19. Although only 40 percent of their items remains on sale there are still a lot of good quality products available. The cashiers were very courteous and friendly. Goods are still organized and nicely arranged despite the flock of customers crowding the place to buy their cherished items.

Checkout line is always too long, not enough cashiers. Store always looks like it is going out of business. Merchandise frequently on the floor. On the positive side, you can find some great deals here if you look hard enough and are willing to wait in line.

This is what I imagine a retail facility would look like post apocalypse. Assuming it was cleaned circa 2005. However, it must be nice to work in an environment of no expectations.

It's hard to describe how far this place has fallen. It looks like a hoarder's basement and not a department store. There are genuine trip hazards everywhere; you literally can barely stroll a cart through the aisles because everything is strewn about.One of the employees was wandering around muttering loudly that he had to do everything himself. I'm not sure if that was extreme frustration or mental illness, but it was not a comfortable experience to witness. I would strongly recommend you avoid the store, unless you are the kind of person to trip and fall at a location and then sue them - plenty of opportunities for that.

They have a lot of merchandise but you really have to search for what you want. Really messy but good prices. I recommend you shop late during the day it can get quite annoying. 5 registers only 1 open.
