He knows flooring and is so wonderful knowledgeable and meticulous when he comes to look at your project.we have a 3000 sq ft Victorian that has the SAME carpet running thru 2200 square foot of it! Which I managed to put a huge rip in the main living room. I needed a repair. I have been trying to get this done for 4 years. Sam was “YES WE CAN DO THIS” relief finally!!!!They repair was done in a few weeks and it is FLAWLESS ! See picSam called to check on it the next day! What customer service and caring!I will replace the downstairs in a couple of year and I will not even consider going any place else! In the mean time I am planning a kitchen floor that Sam will be helping me decide what is best!!!!Modern Carpet the ONLY place that has great service people and product!!”
