This company is trash ! i bought a pair of sneakers for Christmas for my son, they say delivered but were actually stolen. The address they say they were delivered to does not exist!! so customer service tells me they are going to investigate. I got an email today stating that i will not be refunded because the package says delivered. how do you deliver a package to an address that does not exist??????!!!! i have looked it up on google maps and have tried to find the house itself in in my neighborhood. There is no house with this address!! so champs where did my package go???? i want a refund!

Would of given 5 stars being that i got a good deal on clothes that was 70% off but if i didnt bring it to the cashiers attention i was about to pay full price for something that was on the 70% off rack.

Love champs love their sale items and clearance items the associates there are very helpful they're very readable I ended up purchasing one pair of sneakers and then came back the next day and purchased two more pairs of sneakers and then also went back a third time with my oldest son and which he also purchased sneakers great atmosphere good workers great sale and clearance items
