If your like me you have a local hometown Bank and the. A big corporate one like chase. Unfortunately the difference in customer service is quite different, but at THIS location is a banker named Brian L and he is NOTHING like what I usually experience with chase. He is amazing and very informative I can only hope that all of my experiences here will be like that. I pray he never leaves. But seriously if u have chase choose this location.....you will not be disappointed he is great.

Friendly stuffThey have all the patience with me if I had any questionsThey are always willing to helpI had some trouble on how to use my iPhoneI couldn’t believe they were willing to show me how to enlarge my front size and they even showed me how to use my phone to do withdraws from the ATM. It was truly amazing

I went in 8 days ago to order a new debit card and the banker failed to mention it could be expedited. I still dont have it and Its an emergency that i need it. I would've loved to have that option 8 days ago... would have been great if the banker mentioned that.

Went there for a credit card application with branch exclusive offer, but the banker asked me to apply through app and match the offer later. Never heard back after and never picked up the phone.

I have been cashing my employer's checks there since they opened. Today I am told my check is too large for them to cash. I have cashed larger in the past. I was told to go cash it at my own bank. RUDE. I wouldn't recommend them

If I could give negative stars I would. This is the worst bank I've ever dealt with in my whole life. I opened a business checking a couple months ago online, uploaded all the requested documents and did my deposit. A month later I get a letter that my account will be frozen due to missing information, so I call the number on the letter. They ask me all the questions that I answered when I opened the account and tell me I'm all set. Then I get another letter again saying my account will be frozen, this time in only 2 days time. So I call and they say they need my signature on file and I have to go into the branch. I asked if there was anyway to do it online or fax/email because I was on bed rest due to a back injury and they tell me no. So my account gets frozen and about a week or so later when I was able to move around I go in and sign the signature cards, the guy tells me I'm all set and the account will be unfrozen overnight. Couple days later I noticed my etsy deposit didn't go through so I call and they tell me my account is frozen and I need to go into the bank and have a teller call them to find out what they need to do. Are you kidding me??? So I explained again that I'm not very mobile and how I already went in and she says sorry you have to go in again. I asked about my pending deposits and she says oh I see them, we post within two days and today is still within the second day and so it will be there by tomorrow. So I call the branch and explain the situation again and the guy asks me my info and tells me he will find out what they need and call me back. I called twice that day, he was unable to come to the phone due to meetings, I told the rep I really needed a call back by the end of the day. Next day, still no call, still no deposits posted. So I call the branch and tell them the whole thing again and how frustrated I am and that I'm still having difficulty moving around and I said if I have to come in again I'm just going to close it because this is ridiculous. He says okay were open til 2pm. Wow!! I go in to close it, they can't close it or give me my money, and they can't figure out why it's frozen!!!

they’re just terrible customer service and i can’t get over they said i had to wait a day for the check to clear but the check had already cleared. terrible start to my friday.

Wow one of the worst setups I have seen . The manager seems to not care about poorly fitted masks and thinks it’s a joke. Instead of helping our business with resolution he rather talk about his truck. Very poor customer management and it will reflect Poorly going fourth for sure.

Finally have Chase Bank branches in Albany area! It’s been a great bank, personally, the people there are friendly, it’s not a large branch office so it’s a little more laid back than most branches. But overall, Chase Bank has been more than satisfactory, I would recommend it.
