The Shopping experience was horrific as a consumer. Having an uncomfortable feeling was my consumer experience. Telling management how it felt was not received. Excuses is Unacceptable in 2025! Terrible customer service, borderline!! Low key “invisible shopping experience”!!!! Very disappointed the clothing is phenomenal…..unfortunately I’m reluctant to return. Maybe that’s the mission “STAY OUT” we don’t want your business.

My poor mother. She buys so much in Chico’s and the sales associate in Stuyvesant Plaza was extremely rude to both her and my sister Thursday. My Dad was in the hospital so she was 2 days past the 60 days and the associate was also rude saying she couldn’t do anything and couldn’t hear her because she had a mask on. My Dad is battling cancer, how about a little kindness. The shirt she was trying to swap for something ran larger than the numerous Chico tops she owns. We all love Chico’s clothes, so this is very disappointing. I don’t think we’ve ever encountered a rude associate at another store.

Nice sales. However, did see a pretty blue/white short sleeve shirt. Didn't buy, the sleeves are puffy. To juvenile for me.

Would have had a better shopping experience, if I were not followed around by the bright red headed sales clerk. Woman was relentless, so humiliating. I will not be back.

Excellent customer service. I ordered online and was able to return to a regular store. I had a receipt for one item but not the other. The sales associate was pleasant and eager to assist. She found the receipt online.$140. Refunded.Looked around. Sales staff was available if needed but not pushy. EfficientKnowledgeableCustomer focusedThank you!

Customers will be happy when they are treated like VIP. I have been a steady customer for Chico's for many years because I love their accessories that go well with my style. Probably this is why I have received several complimentary free gifts, and sometimes $20 dollar coupon. Whenever, I received these gifts, it said that if I bring those to one of Chico's boutiques a Personal Style Exports will give me the VIP treatment.

The sales associate was most helpful and genuinely cared...I am color blind and she was able to match colors ,I would never had gotten...great eye for matching a set...outstanding!!

Love this store. Mom and I visit almost every 3 weeks. The clothes are beautiful and well made. The staff is helpful. I love the unique jewelry.
